CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving on time is essential for a smooth experience. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and are required to cover a portion of the service cost. Thank you for understanding!

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
